Week-to-Week 

Each week follows a phase of the Courageous Living Freedom Framework—designed to bring your nervous system out of freeze and into flow:

Week1: Welcome to Courageous Living!

Get clear on what you want and begin building the internal safety to go after it. This is the beginning of moving from stuck and scattered to focused and grounded. 

Week 2: Rewrite the Root Belief

Shift out of shame and internalized blame. Discover how survival taught you to self-abandon—and how to stop.

Week 3: Reclaiming the Self

Reconnect with the parts of you that were silenced, hidden, or suppressed to keep you safe. Start expressing the truth of who you are.

Week 4: Breaking the Performance Pattern

Identify the self-protective roles you play in relationships. Move from role-playing to real connection by showing up authentically.

Week 5: Rewiring Emotional Cycles

Recognize the habits, responses, and loops that keep you stuck—and learn how to interrupt them with compassion and intention.

Week 6: Expanding Capacity for Desire

Build nervous system safety around hope, joy, and wanting. Make space for what you truly want without self-sabotage or guilt.

Week 7: Embodying Abundance and Freedom

Normalize peace. Live with emotional range, creative freedom, and self-trust. Anchor into the identity of the woman you came here to be.

Week 8: Reflect, Celebrate and Step Forward

 Integration, confidence, and aligned momentum forward. You’ve created safety in your system, clarity in your mind, and trust in your body. Now, you get to move forward in aligned action—and when alignment meets courage, that’s when the magic happens.

Meet Your Guide: Janice

Janice Holland is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Certified Trauma Model Therapist, and the creator of The Courageous Living Framework. 

With over 15 years of experience helping women untangle from trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, Janice blends deep clinical expertise with practical, soul-centered strategies that create real change. She has trained therapists and coaches around the world and supported hundreds of women in reclaiming their voice, their energy, and their lives. 

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering who you really are. 


 Janice is also the host of The Trauma Teacher Podcast, where she brings real, relatable conversations to healing professionals and women ready to step into their power. Courageous Living is her passion project—a powerful starting point for women who are done surviving and ready to live boldly, fully, and on their own terms.
